Day 2:

Today was a little harder than yesterday. I think it is because I was at work all day and I was focused on that instead of daily water intake. It also didn’t help that the bakery at work started baking chocolate chip cookies… But, I am proud to say I didn’t slip at all today.

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt with a handful of blueberries and granola
  • 1 weightloss shake

Snack:

  • 1/2 serving of Banana Chips

Lunch:

  • Left overs from dinner
  • 1/2 white rice

Dinner:

  • 1/2 chicken in teriyaki sauce
  • spinach salad with a dab of ranch sauce and a tiny bit of cheese

Snack:

  • 1/2 cup yogurt with 20 chocolate chips

Day 1:

Breakfast:

  • Two eggs with cheese
  • 1/4 cup sausage bits

Lunch:

  • 1 cup yogurt with 2 tablespoons m&m minis (180 cals)
  • 1 Banana

Snack:

  • 1/3 cup banana chips

Dinner:

  • Chicken stir-fry with orange, yellow, and red bell peppers, half an onion, green beans, and rice noodles.

Liquids:

  • five water bottles
  • one serving of Naked Juice Mixed Berry (160 cals)

I think I did pretty good today. ^^

Alright, so here is the plan. I need to lose some weight and this blog is going to have some of my daily intake trackings and what-not.

My goal is to lose 50lbs by June. It’s a lot but I am hoping to be able to do it. My long term goal is 75-100 by next January. It’s going to be hard but I know I can do it.
